Medicare Annual Enrollment is Here!

The Medicare Advantage Plan (commonly called the Medicare Part C Plan) offers Veterans and eligible spouses the opportunity to participate in a $0 Premium Plan, thereby expanding their network and allowing them to participate in additional benefits and services without affecting their current coverage with TRICARE for Life.

You can choose either the MA-Only (Medicare Advantage-Only) option or the MAPD (Medicare Advantage w/ Prescription Drugs) option, whichever is best suited to your needs. Since TRICARE already offers exceptional prescription services, you may want to consider the MA-Only option for your Medicare coverage. This option allows you to take advantage of TRICARE's comprehensive prescription benefits while still having access to Medicare's other benefits.

One of the key advantages of enrolling in a Medicare Advantage Plan with TRICARE for Life is that beneficiaries will not lose any of the benefits they currently have with TRICARE. 

You can still access all your entitled TRICARE services, while also benefiting from the extra value-added services offered by the Medicare Advantage Plan.
